Alasdair Davis - Chief Executive
Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer. Alasdair
began his career in International Insurance and Reinsurance
almost 30 years ago, establishing himself as a specialist
in the motor industry. In 1987 he moved into the International
Accident and Health business, working with companies
such as PPP, CIGNA and LDG. Alasdair joined ESG in January
2000; he was appointed to the Board in February 2001
and he became Chief Executive in May that year. |

Margaret Webster - Chief Operating
Officer, General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary.
After graduating from Vassar College with a Bachelor
of Arts Degree, she went on to gain her Juris Doctorate
from the University of Maryland. She has held a number
of key positions in legal, systems and human resource
fields in well-respected organisations and she joined
ESG in March 1999. |

Jacinta Lambert – Chief Accounting Officer. Jacinta joined ESG in January 2005. She has 17 years finance experience working in various industries including Media, Marketing, Localisation and Manufacturing. She has headed the Finance function of Irish subsidiaries of two American multinationals and a UK Marketing Group. Jacinta is a Fellow of the Association Chartered Certified Accountants. |

Julia Simpson - Chief Administrative
Officer for ESG. Julia joined ES North America Ltd
in 1997 as Operations Manager for Toronto, before moving
to the Dublin office in January 2000. Julia has a wide
range of experience of Reinsurance Operations and Systems
Management having worked in this field for 15 years
prior to joining ESG. |

Oliver A. Kelly - Head of Discontinued Operations.
Having worked as an independent reinsurance consultant
with Compre Administrators Limited in London Oliver
joined ESG in 1999. Oliver has also worked in the United
States for Managing General Underwriter, which specializes
in the administration of reinsurance pools. |

Lesley McDermott - Underwriting Manager - Lesley worked in the London Reinsurance Market for 5 years before returning to Dublin to join ESG in September 2000. Lesley has worked in the Technical Accounting and Claims teams in ESG and is now a member of the Dublin Underwriting Committee, which underwrites all ESG business. Lesley is a Certified Insurance Practitioner |

| Noel Garvey |

Noel Garvey - Chief Actuary. Noel has seven years experience in the insurance industry having worked previously as personal lines pricing manager for Hibernian insurance. Noel joined ESG as Finance Actuary in March 2003. Noel qualified as a fellow of the UK Institute of Actuaries in 2001 and he is also a fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. |

Mark Jeater - Chief Internal Auditor,
since 1st Jan 2002. Mark joined ESG in April 2001 and
was later promoted to his current position. Prior to
this he spent approximately 12 years managing and carrying
out various inspection/audit assignments for insurance/reinsurance
clients of Compre Administrators and Bridgeway. Mark
also spent time running a reinsurance department as
well as having responsibility for the preparation of
statutory returns/management accounting information
for run off companies in the London Market. |

Colin Weston - Chief Claims Officer
- Colin has over 20 years experience in claims specialising
in medical and accident and has been involved in the
direct management of blocks of business around the world.
Previously Colin held positions with PPP one of the
UK's leading health insurers and Guardian Health an
innovative player in the UK health market. |

Michael H. Stace - Claims Manager.
Having originally worked in the London Marine Market
for a leading Protection & Indemnity Association
specialising in U.S Maritime personal injury / casualty
claims & litigation, Michael joined ESG in 1996
as London Claims Adjuster. He has managed the administration
of various medical & accident programmes underwritten
by the group & currently specialises in Norwegian
Occupational Injury liabilities. |

| Ana Paula Silva |

Ana Paula Silva - Country Manager
- Portugal. Ana Paula Silva worked previously for
GE Financial Insurance Portugal as General Manager.
Her prior positions, as Marketing Executive, were with
Consolidated Insurance Group, Tranquilidade Seguros,
Winterthur Portugal and Companhia Portuguesa de Resseguros.
With 20 years experience in Insurance and Reinsurance,
the last 10 years have been dedicated to Bancassurance
market. Ana Paula Silva has a degree in Sociology and
specific training in various Insurance areas.

| Craig Orton |

Craig Orton - Chief Marketing Officer Region Executive - Asia. Craig has been with ESG Direct since January 2001. He brings a vast level of experience from his roles in the insurance industry since 1991, including extensive experience in the Health Insurance business both in Australia and in the Asian region. He is currently responsible for all operations in the region and expanding into new countries. He has worked extensively in Asia (Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia), particularly as the MD of Health Benefit Consultants. In this role he was instrumental in the re-engineering of many health insurance providers thereby returning them to profitability. Craig has an Arts Degree, a Masters Degree in Marketing and is a member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

| Wai Lin Pow |

Wai Lin Pow - General Manager Malaysia/Deputy Region Executive since January 2002. Wai Lin started her insurance direct marketing career in 1989 managing the life and medical direct marketing portfolio for the Insurance Corporation of Singapore (now Aviva) before joining the direct marketing arm of CIGNA Hong Kong in 1993. Her last post was General Manager of the Financial Institutions Division. She joined ESG as the Hong Kong Country Manger in 1998 before being promoted to her current position. She is a highly experienced and professional direct marketer and posseses a Bachelor of Arts Degree and is a Fellow of the Life Insurance Institute.

Susanna Li - General Manager - Hong Kong. Having worked previously in the banking industry
in Canada and Hong Kong, Susanna started her career
in insurance direct marketing in 1992. She accumulated
extensive experience in the direct marketing arm of
CIGNA in Customer Service, Systems and Telemarketing
before joining ESG in 1998 as the Director of Direct
Marketing. She has managed direct marketing campaigns
for American Express, Standard Chartered Bank, Manhattan
Bank and Citibank. |

| Janine Hall |

Janine Hall – General Manager – Thailand.
Janine has worked in the insurance direct marketing industry since 1992. She managed the
direct marketing division of Cigna South Africa before joining Cigna in Australia.
Janine then joined American Express as the Insurance & Merchandising Manager for
Australia and New Zealand, giving her valuable insights into the sponsor side of the business.
She worked for AAMI as the loyalty manager and implemented a CRM system into the business to
increase customer value. Janine joined ESG for the first time in 2002 as the Australian Country
manager, followed by her own consultancy in Alternate Distribution methods for the insurance industry. |

| Henkie Tsang |

Henkie Tsang – Deputy General Manager - Thailand.
Henkie oversees the Thailand team in all aspects of business development and operations. He started his insurance Direct Marketing career when he joined CIGNA in 1995 and headed the Systems team of the Direct Marketing Division of CIGNA Hong Kong where he worked closely with numerous financial institutions as well as other customer affinity groups.
Henkie joined ESG in 1999 and managed the operation set up and system development for the Asia region. He was instrumental in the development of the ESG insurance Direct Marketing system and has extensive experience building and managing customer service teams for the insurance telemarketing channel.

| Benedict Ho |

Benedict has served as Finance Director Asia Pacific since Sep 2001. His main focus is financial strategies, control and ensuring compliance with corporate governance for ESG Direct in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining ESG, Ben had more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry with AXA China and BUPA. His experience ranges from cost and management accounting, to systems accounting, financial reporting and regional financial control.
Benedict holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a MSc. in E-commerce and Internet computing from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Management Accountant of UK, Certified Management Accountant of Canada, Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing) of HK and an FLMI.

Chopin Hung – General Manager – China. Chopin joined ESG in 2006 as the General Manager for China,
based in Beijing. He brings extensive experience in corporate communication, professional agency marketing
and most importantly the direct marketing channel. Chopin started his insurance career in 1992, covering
corporate communication and agency marketing for Prudential life, Taiwan and New York life Taiwan.
In 1998 set up Alternative distribution for AEGON life Taiwan inclusing direct marketing. In 2001 he joined
Winterthur life, Taiwan, as the Head of Alternative Distribution, covering Bancassurance, Telemarketing,
Direct mail, Brokerage, Web-marketing and Wealth management Services.
Chopin has accumulated an extensive and successful business model in business development and implementation
on end-end direct marketing solutions.

Alice Russell - Independent Consultant
and Legal Assistant in Corporate Governance and
Governmental Regulation, she was appointed in September
1999. She was employed by Alexander & Alexander
in various positions in their legal departments for
25 years prior to becoming an Independent Consultant.
